1:12La mattina
Alle otto arrivate in ufficio e trovate tutto scritto: chi ha fatto cosa, e a che ora. Niente si cancella: se c'è un errore, si aggiunge una riga che lo corregge. E il registro resta vostro.
1:26La squadra
Dietro c'è una squadra di colleghi digitali. Ognuno ha il suo mestiere: c'è chi risponde, chi capisce cosa serve, chi prepara il preventivo, chi richiama i clienti che non sentite da mesi. Si passano il lavoro come farebbe un buon ufficio. E quando serve una decisione, si fermano e chiedono a voi. Parlano dodici lingue, al telefono e su WhatsApp. E non vanno mai a casa. Non sempre è possibile avere qualcuno che risponda ventiquattr'ore su ventiquattro. Eppure il proprietario che vuole vendere, il paziente che disdice, il carico da prendere al volo e l'ospite che scrive dall'estero non guardano l'orologio. Ma un'azienda non vive solo di telefonate. Per questo pensiamo anche al resto. Costruiamo il gestionale, il CRM, le grafiche, il portale e le app su cui lavorate. Diamo all'azienda un'immagine: logo, sito, social e video. Poi la facciamo trovare, in due modi. Il primo è la SEO. La porta in alto nei risultati di Google e di tutti gli altri motori di ricerca. L'AEO fa un passo in più: fa sì che sia l'intelligenza artificiale a consigliarla, quando qualcuno le chiede a chi rivolgersi. È questa la parte che conta di più: quando Google risponde con un riassunto dell'intelligenza artificiale, i clic sui link quasi si dimezzano. Vince il nome che viene citato.
